At Bhartiya Zaika, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality traditional sweets. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns of opened or used food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is:
Damaged during transit
Incorrect (different from what you ordered)
Expired or spoiled upon delivery
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (clear photos or video of the product and packaging).
2. Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
3. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.
Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind after dispatch.
Products not stored properly by the customer after delivery.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
